Controls Engineer - Job Description

Controls Engineer, Springfield, Tennessee: Program and configure automation systems using Rockwell Software. Design, test, and configure control programs for the industrial automation of various manufacturing processes. Design, develop, install, manage and maintain equipment which is used to monitor and control engineering systems, machinery and processes. Design electrical and electronic circuits and modify robot, PLC programs and machine screen interfaces. Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate control systems with production equipment, robotics, vision systems, and other automation technologies. Utilize technical skills such as PLC, HMI, RSLogix5000, Studio5000, Simatic manager, WinCC+, FTView studio, RSLinx, TIA portal and Fanuc Robotics. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or related plus 60 months of work experience in Control Engineering field in an automotive industry.
