Job Summary: This role is to help implement projects as assigned and support IT team members.
Education, Experience and Skills:
- Enrolled in University or College level program in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- Minimum one year of studies completed
- Ability to work on a team and independently on projects and tasks.
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Able to communicate and work with fellow employees in a professional and respectful manner
Major Responsibilities:
- IT systems support for manufacturing plant systems and integrated systems
- User (technical) support for effective and efficient use of MRP/ERP systems.
- Monitor network performance; identify problems and take corrective actions. Resolves complex problem and malfunctions of all system applications, hardware, and software and provide guidance, assistance, coordination and follow-up on user questions
- Maintenance of Attendance Systems; employee swipe clocks, reception sign-in.
- Maintain file transfer between computers and machines
