About the Role We're looking for a Metallurgical Process Engineer to join our team in St. Marys. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our manufacturing operations-analyzing processes, solving technical challenges, and driving improvements in quality, efficiency, and performance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on environment and wants to make a measurable impact on production and product quality.
What You'll Do- Develop and implement manufacturing and testing procedures
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes (quality, cost, throughput)
- Collaborate with engineering and tooling teams to optimize production methods
- Troubleshoot and resolve metallurgical and material-related issues
- Support production with technical and quality expertise
- Conduct material analysis related to stainless steel products
What You Bring- Degree or diploma in Metallurgical or Materials Engineering
- 3-5 years of manufacturing experience (automotive preferred)
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
