Temporary Admin Assistant - Job Description
- Job Summary: This position will report to and support the plant Quality Manager of Martinrea The associate will perform a verify of critical complex administrative tasks in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate can operate with a high level of discretion, reliability, and dedication. Excellent organizational and management skills as well as basic understanding of manufacturing processes
- Good computer proficiency.
- Must be analytical, detail oriented, and conscientious.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- 2 years of related experience or equivalent in a manufacturing environment
- Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Translation of documents from English to Arabic.
- Assist the Quality Manager with a variety of administrative support duties including, but not limited to scheduling, preparing reports, researching information, creating
presentations and training materials - Support different departments in compiling and checking reports, searching, and
Investigating information related to manufacturing processes and technical training - Quality Manager and the other department in gathering data and
coordinate associated statistical data for use for assigned projects and specific reports. - Develop an understanding of key organizational data that is critical to the operational
success of the company standardize procedures and processes. - Supporting with document control.
- Support with uploading documents in the system.
